Courier   Most SAMPLES we ship directly from our China factory via DHL or FedEx.
 
 
Tansit times are generally overnight to HK before the samples are then put on a plane from HK airport.   Typical times are as follows: 
  • Day 1 - China to HK.
  • Day 2 - HK to destination country hub, sometimes delivered the same day.
  • Day 3 - Typical delivery day for major cities.
  • Day 4 - Typical delievry day for other cities and towns.

 

Urgent   For URGENT samples we will hand carry these back to HK and ship directly from there. This can save a day or two.
 
 
If you are sending us samples, then try to send them by FedEx or DHL please directly to our China factory; see here for the address.  Both these couriers now know where we are loctated.
 
If you are sending samples by POST, please DO NOT SEND THEM TO CHINA - only send them to our HK office please; see here for the address.
