Plastics/ Quality
|
Since everything we supply is exported, we apply very strict quality control to all parts before shipment.
Very few factories, even large factories, have a Colorimeter for measuring colour because they are very expensive. Ours is a CR-300 from Konica Minolta and has an aperature of 8mm and the smallest parts size that can be measured is 20mm.
We also have a Durometer we imported from the USA. It measures the Shore A hardness/softness of soft plastics and silicone rubber keypads. For accurate readings it needs a minimum part size of about 50mm square.
For measuring the thickness of EMI paint coatings on the inside of plastic parts, and the thickness of electroplating and vacuum metallising, we have a Dry Film coating thickness meter, also from the USA.
