Since everything we supply is exported, we apply very strict quality control to all parts before shipment. 
 
Very few factories, even large factories, have a Colorimeter for measuring colour because they are very expensive.  Ours is a CR-300 from Konica Minolta and has an aperature of 8mm and the smallest parts size that can be measured is 20mm.
 
 
For measuring the thickness of anodising, paint coatings and the thickness of electroplating, we have a Dry Film coating thickness meter, also from the USA.
 
On order is a paint hardness meter..
