The majority of the sheet metalwork we supply is hard tooled but some is from a CNC machine - specifically by a 36 head turret punch.
Hard tooling small to medium sized parts is cost effective in China, even for modest volumes.
We currently supply steel, stainless steel and aluminium components.
Most have some form of finishing as listed in our Value Add/ for Metalwork page.
