The core of our business remains plastic injection tools and mouldings and we now deal with more than 8 qualified factories to cover all customer requirements. |

We supply small parts, large parts and all sorts of parts in a wide range of materials such as: ABS, PC, PC-ABS blend, POM, PBT, Nylon 6 and 66, PVC, rigid PVC (as in PVC pipes), PP, HDPE, HIPS, GPPS and many more. |

We supply clear parts. Most clear parts are either lens for LCDs or light-pipes for LEDs. |

We supply soft and flexible parts which are made from thermo-plastic-elastomers (TPEs) or thermo-plastic-rubbers (TPRs). Most are used for water-proofing or weather-proofing in some way. |

We supply overmoulds. Mainly used for waterproofing, they often include an integral button. |

For some customers, we have made single cavity trial tools to allow them to test a concept of a new/complex product before they proceed further with multi-cavity tooling. This often takes 5 or 6 rounds of tuning by working with the customer to help them modify their design to achieve the desired results.

We concentrate on LARGE blow mouldings and can blow parts with a wall thickness greater then 5mm.

We supply rotational moulded parts, or rotomouldings as they are commonally called. All are made from LDPE and are quite large. While the parts are large and freight is expensive, the jobs we have done tend towards the complex with quick tooling time being very important.

We supply sheet acrylic that is then fabricated into a shape and printed for point-of-sale (POS) or point-of-purchase (POP) displays for retail stores, among things.

Wesupply quite a few plastic extrusions and co-extrusions, all for the retail display industry. A few of the plastic extrusions are quite complex. They are made from PVC and come in a variety of colours.

We supply pultrusions. It is commonally made of polyester epoxy and 70% glass filled.

We supply a LOT of aluminium extrusions. They range from small heatsinks to medium sized commercial extrusions to very large extrusions that weigh 20kg per meter. Some extrusions we supply anodised and in long lengths. |

The majority of the sheet metalwork we supply is hard tooled but some is from a CNC machine. Hard tooling small to medium sized parts is cost effective in China, even for modest volumes. We currently supply steel, stainless steel and aluminium components.

We supply quite a few turned metal parts, most in brass.
Some are manufactured by automatic lathe and some manually, depending on the quantity.

We supply stamped metal parts or punched metal or progressive punching depending on your terminology. Most of thes parts fall into the small size, high volume category like battery contacts. These are typically made from stainless steel or phosphor bronze which is then nickel plated.

We supply both zinc and aluminium pressure die-castings.
Zinc is viable for modest volumes but aluminium really needs some reasonable volume to help justify the added complexity. |

We supply stainless steel investment castings (lost wax castings). They suit certain industries.

Most of the formed wire products supply are for the retail display industry and are chrome plated. Alternatively they can be epoxy coated.

Where the metal is too thin to be punched, we can supply chemically etched parts instead.

Many of the electronic plastic housings we make require silicone rubber keypads. They are made by a compression moulding technique and the tooling cost is relatively low compared to injection moulding. |
